At the Helland Ranch they strive to continue to bring the living legend of the working ranch to life. Ranch life on the prairie combines generations of family pride and hard work with generations of top quality American Quarter Horses and Angus cattle along with American Paint Horses and Angus Cross cattle.

Ginger has been working,training and breeding horses most of her life and now finds herself living her dream of owning a broodmare band and incorporating many of the top names in the world including Doc Bar, Two Eyed Jack, Peppy San Badger, High Brow Hickory, Leo, Blackburn 40 and more.

At the Helland Ranch they are proud to say they stand seven outstanding stallions in which they have chosen for their pedigree, conformation, beauty, & athletic abilty.  With five AQHA stallions: EVS Highbrow Olena, Pocos Blue Magic, Snake Eyed Blue SOS, Doc Eddy Pep Olena, Sparkin Hot Dewd and two APHA stallions: JC Amigosdreamsupreme, & Nite Larks Chief the Helland Ranch feels that these fine stallions crossed on the broodmares they have carefully chosen will be the result of a successful breeding program.

All foals bred and raised on the ranch  not only are nice to look at on paper but are also backed with their great dispostions and conformations that makie them a very well balanced, versatile, athlete.  Often they have the added bonus of color such as palomino, buckskin, dun, roan, cremello, buckskin roan, or dunalino.
